3.2 All information, materials, and other content on our Site is provided for general information regarding Value Envision and its products. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely nor does we make any representation that any of the products referred to on the Site are appropriate and/or available for use or purchase in any jurisdiction or location.
3.3 Where content published on the Site is supplied by third parties, you understand that we do not control or endorse such content in any way. All content that is offered by third parties that are not affiliated with or otherwise connected with us is published in good faith but we do not (to the extent permitted by applicable law) accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of such content (whether published on or offline) or the use of such content.

4.3 Value Envision and its affiliates and agents make no warranty, express or implied, that the Site or any services, products, or information obtained on or through the site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, virus-free or error-free, nor does we make any warranty, express or implied, as to the results that may be obtained from the use of this Site or any services, products or information obtained on or through the Site or as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability thereof.
4.4 We do not undertake and are not obliged to update or correct any information that appears on the Site or any website linked hereunder.

7.1 In addition to and without prejudice towards other rights and remedies we may have in contract or in law or otherwise, in the event you are found to have breached any of the terms contained in this Site T&C, we shall have the right to revoke, suspend or terminate your user account, cancel or revoke any approval or requests for services granted by us and/or block or bar your access to the Site.
7.2 In the event we fail, delay or neglect to enforce any provision, right or remedy under this Site T&C, it shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights to enforce the same.
This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

1.1 References to “you” in this Product T&C refer to you.
1.2 References to “we”, “our” or “us” in this Product T&C refer to Value Envision Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202001013353 (1369673-D)).
1.3 References to “Products” “Product” in this Product T&C refer to (1) Online course(s) that is delivered mostly online with some of its additional benefits delivered offline and/or; (2) Paper books that are delivered through domestic/international shipping.
2.1 You hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the provisions contained in this Product T&C.
2.2 Your payment entitles you to enter into an agreement directly with us to receive our products and/or services in respect of the products purchased by you.
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Product for any reasons whatsoever by giving written notice to you. You hereby acknowledge and agree that in the event that the Product is cancelled by us, you are only entitled to a refund of the payment made free of interest.
3.2 Further, you shall not be entitled to claim for any costs, expenses, losses or damages which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of such cancellation.
3.3 In the event we fail, delay or neglect to enforce any provision, right or remedy under this Products T&C, it shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights to enforce the same.
5.1 Shipping fee incurred when delivering our paper-book products will not be charged if your shipping address is within East/West Malaysia.
5.2 Most paid orders are processed within 1-3 working day(s), but it may take up to 5-7 working days. Tracking number will be available after the order has been shipped.
5.3.1 International shipping fee will be charged to you if your shipping address is outside of East/West Malaysia. After the product payment is done, our customer service will contact you to provide you with shipping fee after getting a quote from our courier partner.
5.3.2 Your product(s) will only be shipped within 1-3 working day(s) after the shipping fee is fully paid. Failure to fully pay for the international shipping fee within three (3) working days will result in your order being cancelled.
5.3.3 If your order is cancelled due to failure to pay for shipping, you will get a full refund within seven (7) working days.
All orders are final and no refunds will be accepted, with the only exception as stated above in Product T&C 5.3.3.
5.5.1 If you receive a defective item in the following situation: (1) missing pages; (2) printing error; (3) damaged item upon receipt, a replacement of the product will be provided by us at our cost.
5.5.2 Request for replacement of defective items must be made within five (5) days of receipt, otherwise it may be rejected.
6.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Products (online courses and paper-books), including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, illustrations, graphics, videos, or other material, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and other intellectual property or other proprietary rights and laws (“IP Rights”). We are the owners or licensees of all IP Rights in all Materials. All such rights are reserved by their respective owners.
6.2 All products sold to you are solely for your own private and domestic use. No use for any commercial purpose is permitted. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any Materials you have printed off or downloaded.
6.3 Modification, download, reproduction or use of any Materials, other than as expressly permitted by us is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
7.1 You acknowledge and agree that we do not warrant, represent or guarantee the effectiveness or profitability of the products and/or services provided to you or whether it is fit for any purpose. Nor does either of them assume any liability (whether in tort or contract or otherwise) for any reliance on the information, products and/or services provided by you or any other person.
7.2 Under no circumstances that shall we be liable for your injuries, any incidental, direct or indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, loss, expenses and/or costs incurred or suffered by you, including but not limited to, any loss of profits, loss of revenue or income, loss of business, loss of reputation, depletion of goodwill and/or any similar loss, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, loss of use, whether or not the same was/were foreseen or foreseeable arising from or in connection with the Products.
8.1 You hereby confirm that you consent for us to contact you by phone, email, SMS, or other means in regards to this purchase and future opportunities.
8.2 You further agree and authorise us to disclose to any of our agents, service providers, auditors, legal counsel, professional advisors, in or outside Malaysia and to our affiliates whether such affiliates are residing, situated, carrying on business, incorporated or constituted within or outside Malaysia any information relating to you or your affairs for facilitating the business, operations and services of or provided by us.
8.3 You also agree and have consented for using your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
